Step 1. We will finalize contract details during a 15-30 min virtual meeting. For projects $2,500 or less we will send you an email to confirm deliverables. For projects over $2,500 we will send you a link to an outline of the work we will complete. Either way, you get clarity on next steps and a Stripe link for payment due upon receipt.
Step 2. Just us pros
A 30-60 min virtual meeting for our two agencies to clarify project success, understand timelines and ensure we have our internal logistics in place so we can get to work ASAP.
Step 3. Client time
Pearl Street will facilitate a fun and focused 60 - 90 min virtual conversation with your clients (or your team if that’s preferred). Based on our chat in Step 2, we will have a few questions to start the meeting and guide the conversation to make sure clients have lots of time and ideas to share their content thoughts. Our meetings are always filled with energy, creative thinking and clarity on our goals. And they always start and end on time! Between our whiteboard and computers, we will take copious notes to capture everything.
Step 4. Writing time
Pearl Street will begin writing content. We will go through a few internal versions to get it ready for your input. Focused on word count and specific calls-to-action, we will be clear about the copy you need. For example, the same amount of time may be needed to identify, refine and write 2 headlines of 10 words each, as 100 words of more general copywriting.
For all the content we create, we will share a Word doc for you to review and comment on.
Everything we write will be generically formatted and ready for you to send/share with your client.
Step 5. Tell us what you think
After you've had a chance to reflect on draft copy, we connect for another 30 min Zoom meeting with one or two of our team members for your feedback and input.
Step 6. Almost there
Within 5 business days we will have one major rewrite completed. Based on you and your client’s input we can offer one more minor edit of the content.
We will send you a final version of the doc ready for you or your client to use right away.

Most importantly, if the goal of the meeting was to get clarity on a specific decision, we will get you clear and concise language that came from the conversation. Everything we write will be generically formatted and ready for you to send/share with your client, or learn from internally.

With input or sign-off on next steps from your clients, we can help keep your project moving and on track. What ever facilitation support you need, we can help with the heavy or light lifting.

Within 3 business days we send you another naming package with 5 - 6 additional name ideas based on your input and feedback.
Based on specific electronic feedback if needed, we can tweak 1 to 3 of the ideas we’ve already sent you. We’re happy to say that in over 9 out of 10 cases, the winner’s already on the table!
